Where we are acting as a controller, we are responsible for the obligations of a “controller” under applicable laws in connection with the processing of personal information. The type of personal information we collect depends on how you are specifically interacting with us and which services you are using. We may process the information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding 4 i Lab services, including behavioral data (“enquiry data”).

  • Demographic Information: country, preferred language, age and date of birth.

  • Career, Education, and Employment Related Information: job preferences, work performance, application information, education history.

How We Use Information

We process personal information about you for one or more of the following purposes:

Data Retention

We control and process your data for a certain period of time for listed purposes:
  • Up to 36 months since the last visit for behavior and device data.
  • Up to 36 months since the last communication for business information data and correspondence data.

Data Deletion

You are always able to withdraw consent, request deletion of all your personal data, or ask a question by sending us an email at hello@4ilab.io. To simplify this process, you may send an email with the subject “Delete My Data”. We will delete all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Location of Information

4 i Lab and its group of companies are located in Cyprus. During your use of our website and your communication with us, your personal information may be transferred outside of your residence country and may be stored in and accessed from multiple countries, including the United States, where our servers and partners are located. Whenever we transfer personal information to other jurisdictions, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
